Terms of service
OVERVIEW
LUMBA™ Fragrances operates this online store, which is hosted by Shopify. These terms govern your use of our website and purchases, subject to applicable law.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and discounts are displayed at checkout.
Orders are subject to availability and payment verification. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund payment for the cancelled items and applicable charges.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Read product descriptions, sizes, directions, and available ingredient information before purchasing. Contact us if any product information is unclear.
Product appearance may vary with screen settings. Scent preferences, perceived strength, and longevity vary between individuals. Use products only as directed on their labels.
RETURNS AND SHIPPING
Our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy apply to purchases. Sales are final for change-of-mind purchases, subject to the exceptions and legal rights described in those policies.
PERMITTED WEBSITE USE
Do not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation.
Our original branding and website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. Third-party services and websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
ERRORS AND POLICY CHANGES
We may correct website errors and update these terms for future purchases. If a material error affects an existing order, we will contact you to resolve it or provide a refund rather than impose a different price without your agreement.
Policy changes do not retroactively remove rights associated with earlier purchases.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
